Less than a week ago AIA365.com made a visit to Show Low to stream live its annual football game with rival Blue Ridge. The experience sparked some discussion and ideas. Now Show Low has developed content it will use very soon for its school page on AIA365.com.

As soon as technical support allows, Show Low will post its first show. It was taped Thursday and become a weekly venture called Show Low Varsity Extra. The president of Show Low's Parent/Football/Booster Club, Joel Weeks, expects the first show to be up on its site shortly and add a number of archived footballl games to the site for starters.

"We want to thank aia365.com for the opportunity to partner with them in this exciting new venture," Weeks said. "As a resident of Show Low for almost 15 years, it has been great to see the dramatic increase in academic and athletic achievement. This website gives us a very effective way to get that word out more quickly and completely."

On board with the concept is Show Low assistant athletic director and assistant principal  Nathan Richardson.

"Show Low and the Show Low School District are excited to join with aia365.com in this unique opportunity to recognize our students, parents, staff and community," Richardson said. "We are proud of the many accomplishments that we have achieved together over the years. This will give us a great venue through which to continue to recognize our successes."

Show Low football coach Randy Ricedorff sees the opportunity transcending his sport and ahletics.

"This is great exposure for our schools, community, our football program and most importantly our great kids," Ricedorff said. "This is a great opportunity for our kids to be recognized for the good that they do every day on and off the athletic field. What a platform to get the message out that good things are happening in Show Low."
