MaxPreps/USA Football Players of the Week for November 2- 8, 2015

The USA Football/MaxPreps Regional High School Football Players of the Week honors eight top high school football performers each week throughout the United States.

Selected by USA Football, players are chosen based upon statistics that are submitted to MaxPreps. Each winner receives a certificate and a letterman patch to showcase the honor.

The USA Football/MaxPreps Regional High School Football Players of the Week honors eight top high school football performers each week throughout the United States. Every Tuesday during the football season, 5 nominees from each region will be announced and on Wednesday's the 8 region Player of the Week winners will be selected. To nominate players, coaches or team administrators must enter the athlete's game stats by Monday evening of each week. High school coaches can obtain an access code for their teams by visiting: www.maxpreps.com/cl.

The eight weekly selections for Players of the Week for the week of November 2-8, 2015 are:

Northeast Region

QB Jaylen Kelley ('17), Seymour (Seymour, Conn.); 10-13, 361 yards, 4 TD; 250 rush yards, 3 rush TD

Mid-Atlantic Region
WR Darius Pinnix ('17), Western Alamance (Elon, N.C.); 7 carries, 43 yards, 2 rush TD; 8 receptions

Southeast Region
DL Damien Dickens ('16), Holmes County Central (Lexington, Miss.); 20 tackles (16 solo, 4 asst.), 5 TFL, 4 sacks, 3 QB hurries

Midwest Region
RB Nathan Burgoyne ('16), Collegiate (Wichita, Kan.); 42 carries, 312 yards, 7 TD, 74 rec. yards, 1 TD

Great Lakes Region
WR Ryan Topper ('16), Bremen (Bremen, Ind.); 6 receptions, 187 yards, 4 TD; 3 carries, 104 yards, 1 rush TD

Southwest Region
QB Bailey Zappe ('17), Victoria East (Victoria, Texas); 12-16, 312  yards, 7 TD

West Region
