6A Southern Region

Rincon/University is hosting the region tournament on Tuesday. The winner will get the automatic berth to the 6A playoffs. No. 12 Rincon and No. 18 Kofa are pretty safe while No. 34 Cibola and No. 35 Sunnyside have to win the region tournament to get in.

 

5A Southern Region

No. 2 Sahuaro has an incredible 32-2 overall record. No. 4 Ironwood Ridge is very safe. No. 6 Cienega is in. No. 15 Marana Mountain View has to watch the power-rankings but should be safe. No. 20 Buena is on the edge.

 

5A South Region

No. 23 Marana is living on the edge. Fingers are crossed.

 

4A Kino Region

No. 6 Canyon del Oro plays at No. 8 Salpointe on Wednesday night. Both teams are in but that region title would be nice. No. 15 Catalina Foothills is on the edge, but not as much as No. 16 Nogales.

 

4A Gila Region

No. 19 Pueblo plays No. 28 Palo Verde on Tuesday. Winner is in.

 

3A South Region

No. 9 Sabino is in as is No. 10 Tanque Verde. No. 19 Pusch Ridge needs a good couple of days to get back in.

 

2A South Region

No. 23 Desert Christian is safe because the Eagles won the region.

 

1A South Region

No. 4 St. David and No. 7 The Gregory School are both in. No. 12 Patagonia appears safe but No. 15 Bowie/San Simon is on the edge.
