Hamilton is into acronyms. LBMs, language-based movements. KPIs, key performance indicators.

They must be working, because the Huskies continue to W I N.

Hamilton beat rival Chandler 3-1 on Tuesday night to remain undefeated. But coach Lance Thompson is not focusing on their 9-0-2 record “We are focusing on our goals… we haven’t even talked about that to be fair,” he said.

Goalkeeper Tracey Angeli is vocal throughout the game. “Language based movement, LBMs, that’s everything,” said Thompson. “We are a vocal group to begin with, that’s part of his responsibility.”

Angeli yelled out key information for his teammates. “There’s a lot going on out there that some folks may not see,” said Thompson.

Asked about how it feels to stay undefeated, forward Luke Schaefer mentioned KPIs, key performance indicators. “Work together as a team, staying vocal, finishing and defending.”
