Repeat champs dominate 2015 spiritline competition

Repeats were the order of the day this past Saturday at the 2015 AIA Spiritline Championships conducted at the Prescott Valley Events Center in Prescott Valley.

Xavier took home the overall Division I All Girls title over runner-up Boulder Creek, giving the Gators their second title in as many years. Cactus Shadows made it two straight crowns in Division Ii, nabbing the All Girls overall crown over Notre Dame Prep. The longest streak among All Girls overall champs belongs to Northwest Christian. Northwest Christian won Division III for the third year in a row with Florence the runner-up.

There are two division titles handed out in Overall Co-Ed competition (D-I and D-II). Taking the top spot this year in Division I Co-Ed is Willow Canyon with Millennium the runner-up. The champion in Division II Overall Co-Ed is North Pointe Prep with second place going to Douglas.

Division II Co-Ed: Stunt -- Holbrook. Pom -- North Pointe Prep. Cheer -- Douglas.
