Queen Creak leads Liberty 160 to 143.5 heading into the medal round later tonight, Friday, Feb. 9. Cienega is currently in third place with 129 points.

Xavier Rico is one of five Queen Creek wrestlers going for an individual title. Rico is matched up against Earle Parra of Lake Havasu in the 120-pound division. Seth Fernandez (132) is up against Nathan Smith of Williams Field; Denen Fernandez (145) will wrestle Kamyn Stonebraker of Liberty; Nikolas Manuel (160) is matched with Ty Ryan of Raymond Kellis; and Anthony Saba (182) will wrestle EJ Galvez of Campo Verde.

Liberty has three wrestlers in the final as does Liberty. Cienega has two and Mountain View Marana has four. Mountain View is in fifth place with 112 points. Williams Field is in fourth place with 122 points with two wrestlers in the final.
